If a product arrives
damaged, Full Spectrum Solutions will replace the product at no cost to the
customer. Please fill out the damage claim form by clicking
on “Damage Claim" under Customer Service at the BlueMax Lighting website. Within
48 business hours you will receive a response with detailed information on
how the damage issue will be resolved. You have 7 days
from receipt of product to file a damage claim. Please
file all claims as soon as possible and make sure you keep all packaging
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Generally, all orders are processed (packaged and prepared to ship) as soon as they are received.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed and receive a full refund without penalty.
Processing times vary depending on sales volume and therefore there is no standard or guaranteed time period within which an order may be canceled.
Any orders canceled after processing and before shipment are subject to a 10% order cancellation fee.
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us as soon as possible.
Orders may not be canceled pursuant to this provision after they have been shipped.
After an order has been shipped it is subject to the terms and conditions of the return policy.
All returns must be pre-approved by our return department and returned within the return policy guidelines in the original packaging. The assigned RMA number must be printed clearly on the package. Merchandise must be received undamaged. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents and use a traceable carrier. To obtain an RMA number, go to the website and click on “Returns"? under Customer Service on the menu bar. You will receive a response within 48 business hours with detailed information regarding the return. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned for a refund.
NOTE: On all 96" lamp products, Special orders or International orders (this includes anywhere outside the 50 U.S. states— Canada, Puerto Rico, etc.) We do not allow returns on these orders. You cannot return damaged products for a refund. Damaged items will be replaced. If there is a warranty claim on these items we only offer an in-house credit or refund. If you want products replaced, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to reship product.
BlueMax & Ultralux
Task Lamps & Light Therapy Products:
These items must be returned within 60 days of original purchase. We will give a 100% money back less shipping and handling. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned.
Light Bulbs, Fluorescent Tubes, & Electrical Components:
These items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. We will refund 100% of the product purchase price, less shipping and handling. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be received undamaged and in the original packaging. Items purchased using in-house credit may not be returned for a refund.
Commercial Fixtures & High Bay Fixtures:
These items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase.Original shipping is non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of 25% is charged on all fixture returns and credit will be given when merchandise is received undamaged. If merchandise is not returned in the original packaging damage will occur to the products. Orders over $2000.00 cannot be returned for a refund.
Damaged Products: Damaged products cannot be returned for a refund. The company will replace these damaged or defective items without charge to the customer.
WARRANTY CLAIMS & RETURNS:
Warranty claims within 60 days from the invoice date are handled at no cost to the customer. After 60 days we must receive all warranted products and or parts shipped pre-paid by the customer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents and return it in the original packaging. Our warranty covers any defects with exception to structural damage and use of the product for any purpose other than its intended use. Please note product brochures and web site specifications for specific use of these products. Warranty items are not returnable for credit, but will be replaced or repaired at the supplier’s option. If an item is replaced, the product is still under warranty from the original invoice date and not the replacement date. Warranty is only available to original purchaser and for products purchased directly from Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. or an authorized distributor. Please make your claim by emailing email@example.com and include your name, invoice number, product description and a description of the inquiry. You will receive a response within 48 business hours with detailed information on how the warranty will be honored.
