Faxed Orders
You may print an order form from the website and fax it to: 1-866-366-4029. Please allow 72 business hours for the order to be processed and shipped.

Mailed Orders

Please call 1-877-258-3629 to receive an exact order total including applicable tax and shipping. You may then mail an itemized order and payment to:

Please allow 10-15 business days for mailed orders to be received and processed. Please allow additional 7-10 business days for personal checks to clear before the order is shipped.

Sales Tax
Michigan residents are charged 6% sales tax.
Washington residents are charged 9.5% sales tax.
