Please call 1-877-258-3629 to place an order over the phone. Please allow 48 business hours for the order to be processed and shipped. Phone order hours are 8 am to 6 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 2 pm Eastern time on Saturday.

Faxed Orders
You may print an order form from the website and fax it to: 1-866-366-4029. Please allow 72 business hours for the order to be processed and shipped.

Mailed Orders

Please call 1-877-258-3629 to receive an exact order total including applicable tax and shipping. You may then mail an itemized order and payment to:
